The Homestay reserves the right to refuse accommodation to anyone after making a booking, or even after arrival, if found incompatible or uncomfortable.

• Check in time is after 12 PM until 7 PM. Please try to check in before 7 PM.
• Check out time is before 10 AM.
• After 10.PM No Visitor is allowed subject to be charged.
• Check out should be informed at least before 30 minutes to avoid last minutes tension.

If the No. of days of Stay is not mentioned in GRC, time of Stay would be treated as One Day only.

Please consider the Homestay as your own home. Do not hesitate to ask if you require anything during your stay with us. We will try our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible with our limitations as a Homestay.

Bargaining for discounts and special offers will not be entertained after arrival/ check in.

All disputes may be raised with the booking portal and actions taken accordingly.

All disputes will be subject to Port Blair jurisdiction.

Bills are due on presentation.

Please be kind and friendly to other guests who might be staying on the property. Please refrain from playing loud music that might cause disturbance to other guests.

Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house

Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.

Please deposit the room key at the reception while going out.

The Management is not responsible for valuables or cash which is left in the Room. Please avail locker facilities @ free of cost

The Guest is fully responsible for any Damage or theft to the home property please be care full, your living room and dining hall in the apartments is under CCTV surveillance all the time.

While staying in the room, please make sure that door is locked inside

The main door of the apartment should not be locked unless your booking is for the full apartment.

We will be accessing the Living room and dining hall at any time.

Please keep your rooms and surroundings clean.

• Please avoid misusing of bed sheets/towels
• Please avoid taking food on the bed itself.
• Please avoid smoking on the bed itself

We do use separate utensils and kitchen to cook veg and non-veg food. Specific food requirements and conditions must be conveyed to the hosts well in advance.

• Request for coffee/tea will be entertained between 7 am and 7 pm Only.
• Breakfast will be served between 8 am to 10 am
• Dinner will be served between 8 pm to 9.30 pm

We try to maintain the highest standards in hosting which includes the smooth functioning of all the amenities. However, at times arranging manpower resources are difficult on short notice, please bear with us as we try to do our best in case of any amenities malfunctioning during your stay with us.

Pets are strictly not allowed.

Please avail laundry services at nominal charge

An inverter is also provided at the Home stay as power back up. There is an Split Air Conditioner in every room and geyser which can be used during power break.

Please be ensure to switch off all the electrical appliances while going out.

Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
